LEVEL ONE
A dedicated account manager will be assigned to each school district. Phone assistance is available to school administrators needing assistance with the process of acquiring, collecting, and sending necessary medical records and other documentation necessary for clinicians to quickly approve orders.
LEVEL TWO
Level one support plus on-site data collection for districts that need additional assistance. Additional services include expedited medical record acquisitions. Our staff has experience with retrieving the precise records needed to complete the student files, further expediting the funding process for schools.
LEVEL THREE
Level one and two services plus telemedicine and expedited medical record acquisitions. Our staff has experience with retrieving the precise records needed to complete the student files, further expediting the funding process for schools. We understand the process and Health Information Privacy Protection Act (HIPPA) requirements for speedy acquisition of medical records.
All clinicians are well qualified MD’s, and ARNP’s licensed in New Hampshire and fully credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid.
